Shipping Info

Tracking and Order Confirmation:

Please allow 1 - 2 business days for you to receive your shipping confirmation. All orders are sent out via USPS Priority Mail and you will receive the tracking information once it has been shipped.

Order Changes: 

Once your order has been received and confirmed, you cannot make any changes to the order including changing the address given, add items, change sizes etc.  Please check your order for accuracy before completing check out.

No Returns or Exchanges

Due to Covid all items are final sale, non refundable, no exchanges. If by a small chance you receive an item that is damaged, please send details photos to [email protected] within 48 hours of package delivery date.

Returned Mail: 

If an item is returned to sender or undeliverable and sent back to our company, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping charges again.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Jaztara Collexion is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). Any lost or stolen packages must be reported as a claim to USPS and they will handle the investigation.
